Keri grew up in Smithers BC where she began dancing at the age of three. She went on to compete all across BC in multiple disciplines including ballet, tap and contemporary dance. Her passion for movement ignited a curiosity to learn more about the human body and how it works.
In 2013 she completed an 8 month Energy Medicine Healers program and became a Reiki Master. She then completed the Competency-Based Master Level Massage Therapy program at WCCMT in 2015. She also gained experience working at one of the world’s top spas and recently received training in traditional lomi-lomi massage.
Keri enjoys combining her knowledge of movement, her awareness of how energy restriction affects the body and her extensive clinical training to provide a personalized therapeutic treatment for her clients. She is passionate about total body wellness and creating an evidence-based and holistic approach to care. Her treatments often include myofascial release, trigger point pressure release, swedish massage and stretching.
In her spare time Keri enjoys spending time with her family, reading and having dance parties in her kitchen.
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of these things and still be calm in your heart.”
